Products & supply routes
Who does BBX work with?
We primarily serve automotive-glass importers, wholesalers, distributors and local warehouses. Professional repair networks and other B2B buyers can also submit lists for review.
What are the two supply routes?
Our multi-brand AGR route covers verified sourcing options, including Saint-Gobain Sekurit, SYP and XYG, subject to availability. Our custom route focuses on bus, coach and truck glass, with partner-factory feasibility and specifications reviewed for each project.
How do you verify the correct automotive glass?
We check the vehicle, model year, body style, glass position, ARG/OE reference and options such as camera, rain sensor, heating, antenna, tint and moulding. Final installation and ADAS calibration must be handled by qualified local professionals.
Is every product Saint-Gobain or OE/OEM?
No. Brand, manufacturer, origin, markings, configuration and available documents are confirmed for the requested SKU. No blanket brand or OE claim applies to the complete product range.
Custom production & order size
Can you customize glass for buses, coaches and trucks?
Yes. We review custom glass requirements for buses, coaches, trucks and other commercial vehicles. You can start with drawings, dimensions, photos or a sample; a part number is not required. We check existing mould availability first, then confirm specifications, order quantity and timing for your project.
Is there a fixed minimum order quantity?
No single MOQ applies to every enquiry. Stock status, product mix, factory requirements, mould or tooling, packing and delivery method determine the commercial minimum for each request.
Can an individual buyer order one piece?
A genuine single-piece enquiry can be reviewed when the buyer can arrange suitable logistics or nominate a China warehouse. Availability, breakage risk, packing and delivery responsibility must be confirmed before quotation.
Quotation, documents & logistics
What should I send for a quotation?
Start with your contact details, destination, vehicle or glass requirements and estimated quantity. Send a purchase list or photos if available. For custom bus and truck glass, drawings, dimensions or a sample can start the review even without a part number. We will follow up on any missing technical details.
What quality or certification documents are available?
Document availability depends on the product, manufacturer and destination. Website reports are samples only. Applicable markings, standards, report or certificate numbers, validity and issuing bodies are checked for the quoted SKU.
How are lead time and production timing confirmed?
Stock items, factory scheduling, mould or tooling, samples, order mix and packing all affect timing. The applicable estimate is stated in the quotation or order documents after feasibility review.
Can you coordinate international shipping?
For supported projects we coordinate export packing, consolidation and shipment planning. Incoterms, freight, transit time, insurance, customs requirements and final-mile responsibility are confirmed per quotation.
What payment terms apply?
Payment terms and beneficiary details are stated in the proforma invoice or sales contract for each order. Buyers should verify the legal entity, bank details and order documents before sending funds.
